We are committed to authentic and delicious flavours.

Our cakes are freshly made to order using best quality ingredients, local where possible. We use local free range eggs, local dairy produce, real butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla, fresh local fruit, and at least 85% cocoa chocolate.

Your cake or cupcakes will be filled or covered with creamy whipped buttercream in a choice of 12 flavours, before covering or topping with sugar paste to finish and decorate the cake.

We would like to introduce you to our 12 distinctive flavours that will be available all year round for our cupcakes – most of these flavours are suitable for your larger cakes too.

Classic Vanilla

You don't mess with the classics and this is no exception - white vanilla sponge topped with fluffy Madagascan vanilla bean buttercream.

Orange Poppy Seed

Inspired by the still quiet of a little hotel in the Algarve nestled in the orange groves, a stone's-throw from Faro, this fresh citrus flavoured poppy seed sponge is swirled with zesty orange buttercream and is the perfect treat for a summer's day.

Salted Caramel

Everyone's going mad for salted caramel and it's easy to see why - this rich chocolate sponge filled with oozy salted caramel sauce swirled with creamy caramel frosting will have you coming back for more, and more, and more.

Maple Cinnamon

Why do we limit maple syrup just to Shrove Tuesday? If you have a sweet tooth you'll love this spiced cinnamon sponge swirled with velvety maple cream cheese frosting. It's a lovely flavour all year round.

Fresh Raspberry

A lovely fresh flavour, perfect for a summer garden party or country picnic. Fresh vanilla sponge with baked in fruit, swirled with pink coulis buttercream, topped with fresh sugared raspberry.

Blackberry Cheesecake

We use the plumpest, juiciest autumn blackberries for our Blackberry Cheesecake cupcakes. It's vanilla sponge filled with sticky blackberry jam swirled with purple blackberry buttercream topped with fresh blackberry.

Chocolate Orange

This flavour started as a Christmas special but was so popular it's become one of our 12 - orange infused chocolate sponge topped with zesty orange buttercream.

Rose Pistachio

Nutty moist green pistachio sponge with a swirl of heavenly light and smooth pink rose buttercream topped with crushed pistachio nuts. Inspired by the one and only Peggy Porschen, Queen of Cake Decorating.

Lemon Curd

One of our favourite flavours, this zesty lemon sponge takes you straight to the Lemon Groves of sunny Provence. It's filled with lemon curd and topped with fluffy lemon buttercream.

Chocolate Fudge

Perfect for chocolate lovers, and described by one of our customers as "epic", this rich fudgy chocolate sponge is swirled with indulgent chocolate ganache buttercream. It's a popular choice with our regular customers.

Almond Amaretto

This delicious flavour comes straight from the sun drenched town of Ravello on the gorgeous Amalfi coast. Nutty almond white sponge covered with luxurious amaretto buttercream topped with crumbled amaretto biscuit.

Honey Biscotti

Inspired by a gorgeous dessert in our favourite restaurant, this nutty hazelnut sponge is swirled with silky honey buttercream topped with crumbled biscotti - it's the perfect Italian-style pick-me-up.
