🎂 ITS BEEN A GOOD FRIDAY • I’ve been baking, piping, whipping cream and faffing with strawberries (basically trying not to eat them all) The sun is still pouring through my kitchen window and we’ve had a lovely walk up the Great Orme. Hooray.

Hope you’ve enjoyed this “houseplant” cake. I loved making it and my lovely client said it “looked exceptional” and “tasted fantastic”. I’ll take that.
