Say hello to my Soft Autumn showstopper!

I’m a Soft Autumn. What are you? Have you ever had your colours done? I must confess I cheated a little and did my colours on an online app but I am SO happy to be a soft autumn and this cake is my tribute to my soft autumn colour palette. And most important of all, Pam loved her special cake surrounded by family and friends celebrating her fabulous 80 years.

Let’s not talk about how lumpy bumpy was the road up to the family home in Bryn Pydew. Delivering cakes really is the most anxious part of my job - but the post delivery coffee is heavenly.

The Swan - graceful and balletic on top, paddling like crazy underneath - a bit like some of my cake deliveries! Best delivered in a cup with a double shot of caffeine.
