A perfect diamond

When the call came from Canada for a Diamond Wedding Cake for Helen’s lovely parents, I was all ears! We worked around the time difference and agreed a 10” chocolate orange sponge personalised with their names and the date of their wedding. We kept the cake mainly white with accents of pale blue/green to reflect the diamond theme. Then it was delivered to the Llandudno Bay Hotel in time for a momentous family gathering. Happy Days.

I love creating anniversary cakes, finding out tit-bits about the wedding story, making something truly special that brings back all those precious memories and finally being part of the big suprise
