Something a little different for this week’s blog. A house full of guests to celebrate this special lady’s 50th birthday. What could be better than a showstopping buttercream centre-piece.
The client chose a 10” Lemon, Elderflower and Blueberry cake to serve their 25 guests. Lemon infused sponge layered with elderflower buttercream, blueberry jam and drippy white chocolate ganache.
We topped the cake with fresh ivory roses, white Raffaello chocolates, and a sprinkle of gold and pearl balls.
