Calling all buttercream lovers!

If you’re not keen on sugar paste then we can make all your dreams come true with a buttercream extravaganza.

Clive’s wife chose shades of blue for his surprise 60th cake. We made a 10” Vanilla sponge filled with 3 layers of fluffy vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

She managed to shoo everyone out of the house for me to deliver the cake secretly - for the party that evening.
