Loves the cake so much she doesn’t want to cut it

Something a little different, for a horse loving birthday girl. Ordered by her friend in Plymouth, and delivered by hand to Henryd, Conwy.

Thanks goodness for Stuart and his 3D printing business nano3d on Etsy. He’s my “go-to” for interesting fondant cutters - whatever you can dream up - sports, hobbies, birds, animals - he can provide in quite speedy timescales too!

Richard chose pastel pink and lilac florals for Sarah’s birthday cake with multiple horses for decoration. He requested a chocolate sponge with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry jam - a delicious combination that I may add to my Flavour Menu. Too nice to cut into - apparently.
