All I want for Christmas

Red and green is traditional and very lovely. But have you thought of rich burgundy and soft eucalyptus with silver and pearl accents? I’m quite taken with it. I made them this week for staff treats at a Llandudno salon, and extra boxes for my neighbours - a bit of a yuletide tradition on our little corner of the Great Orme.

Flavours were double chocolate and salted caramel - perfect to get you in the festive spirit.

My order book is closed for Christmas now with my last big cake coming out of the oven very soon but if you fancy some pretty cakes in the New Year to cheer up those gloomy January days, you know where to find me.
