We are family

“Just wanted to say how wonderful the cake was. It looked fantastic and tasted great. We loved the elderflower and blueberry flavour - it was gorgeous and very moist. Mum loved it”.

This one is a bit special. Pull up a chair and I’ll tell you why.

Isobel is turning 90. She’s having a family gathering of all her 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. And their partners. And a few close friends.

That makes 18 family members, and all their names are on the cake.

This lovely cake was safely delivered to a National Trust Craflwyn Hall in Bedgellert. We won’t mention the bumpy journey and the 36 degree heat!
